This painting stood in for “Good Tea Is Better Value” which had been chosen for the 1985 Grand Prix International D’Art Contemporain de Monte Carlo. The person in Toronto who’d bought “Good Tea Is Better Value” refused to let the painting travel to the exhibition at the palace in Monte Carlo.
